These Terms of Service govern all agreements between the provider of NudgeNugget and users of the platform at nudgenugget.com.
NudgeNugget is a digital service that sends registered users daily AI-generated motivational emails, provided as Software-as-a-Service (SaaS).
NudgeNugget is a paid service. No free tier is offered.
A service agreement is formed when the user completes and submits the registration form. By registering, the user accepts these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
Valid payment details via Stripe are required. The agreement takes effect upon payment confirmation by Stripe.
Billing occurs monthly in advance via Stripe. All prices include applicable VAT.
NudgeNugget reserves the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' notice by email.
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days under applicable consumer protection law.
Withdrawal must be submitted by email to support@nudgenugget.com including: full name, registered email, date of contract, and statement of withdrawal.
Note: The right of withdrawal expires early if the user has expressly consented to service commencement before the withdrawal period ends.
Subscriptions renew automatically each month unless cancelled before the period ends.
Cancellations can be submitted via account settings or by email to support@nudgenugget.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Users agree to use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes only; not to provide false information; to keep credentials confidential; and not to misuse the service.
NudgeNugget reserves the right to suspend accounts found to be in violation without prior notice.

NudgeNugget is not liable for indirect damages, consequential damages, or failures of third-party services (Stripe, Google, Hetzner, Anthropic). Liability for intentional misconduct, gross negligence, and personal injury remains unaffected.
Users will be notified of material changes by email at least 30 days in advance. If no objection is raised within 30 days, the updated Terms are considered accepted.
Austrian law applies. For consumers, the law of their country of habitual residence applies where it provides greater protection.
